One of the most popular and recognisable shoes ever made, the Nike Air Force 1 is commemorating its 40th anniversary. It was designed in 1982. In honour of the hip-hop culture that influenced him, Virgil Abloh worked with Nike to create 47 pairs of custom Air Force 1 trainers for the Louis Vuitton Men's Spring/Summer 2022 runway show. The trainers combined the trainer's classic codes with Louis Vuitton emblems and materials.
